Overview: RFP inquiries

MeetingBroker is an application that sends leads from meeting planners to sales people. With the integration between MeetingBroker and Delphi, you can capture and win new business from multiple channels. These channels include above-property sales, sister properties, and public channels like Cvent.

When a customer submits a request for proposal (RFP) from any of the channels in your MeetingBroker subscription, an RFP inquiry is created. You are then sent an email notification. If the RFP is updated, awarded, cancelled, or withdrawn by the sender, you are sent additional notifications. You can receive these notifications as tasks on your Home page, and the inquiry and booking, if your property uses the RFP activities feature.

When you convert the inquiry into a booking, any changes you make to the booking details are sent back to MeetingBroker as business data. This automated flow of data between the two applications can save you hours of manual data entry.
