Add booking event contacts

If a booking event has an onsite contact, you can add that person to the event. If the contact record does not already exist, you need to create it before you add it to the booking event. See Create new contacts.

You need to be the booking owner or be sourced on the booking to edit the booking events.

To add a contact to a booking event

  1. Open the Booking Event page and click Edit.
  2. In the Customer Information section, find and select a contact for the Event Contact field.
  3. Save your changes.
