Quick clone booking events

You can use the quick clone feature to copy events in the events grid on the Booking page or the Manage Events page. Use this feature to copy events to either the same day or the next day in the program. All details, including the start and end times, function room, and menus and items, copy to the new events.
If you need additional options, including the ability to clone to custom date ranges, you can use the Clone Events window.
To quick clone events
- Open the booking.
- Click Manage Events.
- Select the events you want to clone.
- Right-click a selected event, click Quick Clone, and then click To Same Day or To Next Day. The system copies the selected events and adds them to the events grid.
If a function room conflict occurs with a copied event, the event is moved to the Unassigned function room. A notification also displays next to the event and at the top of the Booking page. See Conflict checking.
