Data usage by property report

Corporate administrators often need to determine the data usage of each property to allocate storage costs accurately. With the release of R56, on the Amadeus Settings page, you can now generate a report that shows the approximate data storage consumed by each property based on attributable records. This data can be exported to a CSV file for further aggregation and analysis as needed. For more information, see Data usage by property report.

Ability to show or hide serve times per menu

Often, the banquet team needs to know what time to serve each menu. On occasion, you might not want serve times to display for all the menus on the BEO. As of R56, administrators can now choose whether to show or hide serve times on the BEO, by default, for each menu during menu creation. Users can then modify this setting in the Manage Menus and Items window when detailing their event. For more information, see Manage Menus and Items, Create custom simple menus, and Create custom detailed menus. Corporate administrators, see Show or hide serve times per menu for enablement instructions.

The materialization percent field no longer clones during the clone booking process

To save time with repeat business, users clone bookings to reduce the amount of time with data entry. During the cloning booking process, the materialization percent field was cloned with the same value as the previous booking. This led to inaccurate reporting. As of R56, the materialization percent field does not clone during the clone booking process. For more information, see Clone bookings.

New BEO Batch Merge tab sort and filter capabilities

In R55, Amadeus introduced additional BEO batch merge search fields and updated the search results grid. With R56, we are including more enhancements to the BEO batch merge search process. New filter options and the capability to sort two columns simultaneously can be used to easily narrow your search results. Combined with last release's updates, including the ability to reorder the columns, you can customize your results grid with the exact information you want to see, in the order you want to see it. When you are finished customizing the view, you can save it. You can now save and rename up to five custom views for future use. For more information, see Batch merge booking documents.

These enhancements are available with the Delphi product type only.
