Overview: MeetingBroker Reports
To run a MeetingBroker report, follow these steps:
- From the Home page, click the Reports tab.
- Select a report from the drop-down list. The criteria fields for the report will then be displayed.
- Enter the report criteria.
- Click the Create Report button.
Reports can be produced in two file formats: HTML and Microsoft Excel.
Your access privileges at each location determine if you can create the report and the type of information you can view.
Users with Admin, Director, and Supervisor access can run all reports. The report will include all RFP activity for the location(s) where they have this level of access.
Users with Manager access can run the following reports. The report will include only the RFPs where they are the owner (not RFPs they were copied on).
- RFP Tracking
- RFP Business Data Tracking
- Definite Business Data
- Turn Down Analysis
- Business Data Less Than Zero ADR
- Potential RFP Match
- Brand report
Some of the reports pull data from an archived data source that is updated daily at approximately 6:30 AM EST. This is noted in the criteria page. Therefore, if you run one of these reports after 6:30 AM EST, any transactions that occurred between 6:30 AM and the time you run the report will not appear in the report results.
To comply with the GDPR storage limitation principle, no more than eight years of MeetingBroker historical data is retained.
A single report can be used to view different aspects of business depending on what you select as the criteria.
The following fields are commonly used:
Start Date: The arrival date of the meeting.
First Sent Date: The date the RFP was originally received by the location.
Organization: The company name associated with the primary contact for the RFP.
Status: This is the RFP Status according to MeetingBroker, not to be confused with the booking status in your sales and catering system.
Location: The property that sent or received the RFP.
Business Data Type: If you select Best Number, the data displayed in the report will be the most accurate one. For example, if the actual business data has been marked complete, it will display actual, if not, it will display blocked, and if there is no blocked data, it will display agreed.
