August 12, 2025 (2025 R2)

New features

Redesigned administrator pages. Over the past few releases, Amadeus has been modernizing every part of Delphi Diagramming, and with this release the transformation is complete!

The final administrator pages are now live. Administrators of integrated properties will appreciate the updated Mappings page, now featuring search, filter, and edit capabilities for easier data management and consistency between products. Website Edition administrators will notice updated Content, Media, and Attractions pages redesigned for more efficient use. For more information, see Mappings, Content, Media, and Attractions.

3D Disclaimer. (CR0138597) You can now display a customizable disclaimer when clients view 3D renderings of your diagrams, helping them understand that the visuals might differ from the actual room setup. For more information, see Property details.

New resources. This release includes two new resources. The first is an espresso maker with three different 3D models to choose from. The second, is a multi-tier wedding cake with customizable cake toppers. Choose from bride-groom, bride-bride, groom-groom, or floral cake toppers, and then customize each detail to suit any client's needs.

Doorway textures. To give your customers a better idea of hallway appearances or to show whether a doorway leads outside or to another room, doorway textures can now be added. When changing the 3D appearance of a doorway, use the new Hallway option and select the texture or image that best represents your space.

Change the 3D model of individual resources. Sometimes, you might want certain instances of a 3D model to appear differently from others in the same diagram. With new 3D model customization options, that is now possible. When you select the 3D model within a diagram, the following options are now available:

This feature gives you more control over customizing your diagram, down to the smallest detail. For more information, see Drawing canvas.

Rotate objects by increments of five degrees. (CR0129277) A new ‘Snap Rotation to Nearest 5 Degrees’ checkbox in User Preferences makes it easier to align elements perfectly. When enabled, your object’s rotation snaps in five degree increments. This is ideal for creating clean lines and level placements. For more information, see User preferences.

Rotate meeting space outlines and polygons. Amadeus knows not every meeting space is a perfect square, and now your diagrams don’t have to be either. You can now rotate meeting spaces and polygons to better reflect the real-world layout of your venue. Windows and doors rotate right along with the room, keeping everything aligned and accurate. For more information, see Meeting space drawing canvas.

Customizable capacity disclaimer. (CR0130401) Website administrators can now display a customizable disclaimer to website visitors browsing meeting spaces, letting them know that actual capacity might vary. This is a simple way to set clear expectations and enhance the guest experience with just a few clicks! For more information, see Property details.

Bookings page as default view. (CR0138896) You can now choose which page opens by default when launching Delphi Diagramming. While the Home page remains the default, you can set the Bookings page to display instead by selecting a new option in User Preferences. For more information, see User preferences.

Show resources history. (CR0138150) The Resources page now includes a button called 'Show Resources History.' Select this option to see a detailed log of all newly created, edited, deleted, or deactivated resources. For more information, see Resources history.

Fixed issues

CR1090973, CR0139120: Placement errors no longer display when objects are placed under the ceiling. Ceiling layer now appears above resources when using send to front.

CR0138837: When selecting Read Only or Diagramming user roles, all other roles become unavailable. If an admin role is chosen, only the other admin role remains selectable, clarifying role assignment restrictions.

Placement alerts no longer appear when working with fixed objects in Meeting Space diagrams.

The resource editor now accurately displays resource sizes, ensuring users have precise information when managing resources.
