Edit booking events in the events grid

You can use the events grid on the Booking page or the Manage Events page to make changes to an entire event program. Tab through the fields and press the up and down arrow keys to modify the event details. You must be the booking owner or sourced on the booking to edit the booking events.
When you need to make the same change to multiple events, use the Edit Multiple Events window to bulk update those events. The Edit Multiple feature is available on the Manage Events page.
To edit booking events
- Open the booking.
- Do one of the following:
- Navigate to the Booking Events grid.
- Click Manage Events to open the Manage Events page.
- Tab through the fields you want to update. You can also press the up and down arrow keys to move through the list of events.
- Click Save.
When you modify a field in the events grid, a red triangle displays in the corner of the field. This indicates that the information is not saved.
